How to install ?
Why can't I open a SVG ?
To open SVG file you will need Designer Edition Plus or Business Edition, and to Save SVG Files you will need Business Edition.
Why did the Program disappear off my Mac ?
Due to a permissions issue with macs the updates occasionally fail you can go to our software page and re-download.
Where can I find the User Manual ?
Open Silhouette Studio. Click Help on the Header and select User Manual.
Why are my purchased designs not showing in my library ?
It can take up to 15 minutes from the time of purchase for the designs to be added to your account. You may also need to manually refresh your Library Sync.
Where are my free designs with my machine ?
They are automatically added to account when your machine is registered, and your silhouette studio will need to be signed in.
How do I create an account ?
