Welcome to the Silhouette America Affiliate Program! By signing up to be an affiliate in the Silhouette America Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
To apply for the Program, you must complete the online application and agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and you may begin promoting Silhouette America products and earning commissions.
As a Silhouette America affiliate, you agree to:
Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in termination from the Program.
Once you are approved, you will be able to generate a unique affiliate tracking link. You are permitted to place this link on your website, blog, social media, email marketing, or other approved platforms.
-Correct Use of Affiliate Links: You must ensure that each of your promotions correctly uses the affiliate link provided. We are not responsible for any tracking or reporting errors caused by the improper use of your affiliate link.
-Codes: After you are approved, we will ask you for your unique affiliate code that you may choose. You may share this with your viewers so that they may earn a discount, and you will receive commission.
-Prohibited Practices: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in keyword bidding on the Silhouette America brand name, URL masking, or cookie stuffing. You may not promote Silhouette America on websites that are obscene, defamatory, or illegal.
-Commission Rate: The commission rate is 10% of all sales made by the customers using your link. If the customer uses your code, you will get 10% and the customer will get a 5% discount applied to their purchase. The commission rate may vary depending on product categories, promotions, or other factors.
-Tracking Sales: Silhouette America will track all sales made through your unique affiliate link or code. Commissions are only earned on qualifying sales made through your link or code, and any returns, refunds, or chargebacks will reduce the total commissionable amount.
Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid monthly via check or ACH. You must have a valid payment account or address on file to receive payments. The minimum payout threshold is $50, and all affiliates must be US based.
We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary by Silhouette America. Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions if found in violation of the terms.
As an affiliate, you will be granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use Silhouette America’s logos, trademarks, and marketing materials for the purpose of promoting Silhouette America products. You may not modify these materials in any way without prior written consent.
Nothing in this agreement should be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture between you and Silhouette America. You are acting as an independent contractor.
Silhouette America will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Program. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the preceding six months.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
-Modification of Terms: Silhouette America reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided through the affiliate dashboard or by email. Continued participation in the Program after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
-Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
By applying to and participating in the Silhouette America Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
