The actual shipping time thereafter would be based on your location and may range from 2 - 6 business days. During sales and promotional periods, order processing and fulfillment times may be increased.
Silhouette America®cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Actual ship times are dependent upon the delivery service of the shipping carrier being used.
While you should receive an automated email with tracking information once your order is shipped, you may also sign into your account and then click on the my account link. From here you may view any recent order and tracking information (present if your order has been shipped).
Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and based on the weight of products being purchased along with your zip code. When placing the order, our system receives quotes from all three carriers and provides the lowest rate quotes.
You can get an estimated shipping cost prior to check-out while viewing your Shopping Cart https://www.silhouetteamerica.com/cart. You will need to have all items you wish to order in your cart and the full shipping address selected before an actual shipping rate can be quoted accurately on the final page.
The following factors may affect shipping rates provided:
Your address is outside of the contiguous United States (i.e. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rica, Canada, etc.).
Your address as entered onto your Silhouette account is not formatted in a way that is recognized by the USPS carrier and so may be quoted by an alternate carrier (i.e. UPS or FedEx) at a higher rate.
If you are in the contiguous United States and believe your shipping rates are being calculated at a higher rate, you may wish to visit https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm?byaddress and enter your address. The website will then provide you with a version of your address that is formatted in a manner that can be properly found by the USPS system. You may update your address on your Silhouette account to match this, and then attempt to place your order anew so that your address is properly accepted by the USPS system and the best rate can be provided.
