Recovering Download Content

Finding Missing Content

If you are unable to find library content (designs, fonts, patterns, etc.) that were either downloaded from the Silhouette Design Store or obtained by purchasing your machine, please check the following points first before attempting to recover them:

Ensure all library folders are expanded. If a folder has a + symbol inside it, you can click on the folder to expand it. Any purchased Fonts will be automatically downloaded to your Fonts folder. Digital patterns will be in your Patterns folder. All others designs and content should download to your Recent Downloads folder. A STUDIO version of designs are downloaded to your Library. If you are looking for SVG versions of files, please note that these are not stored in your software library. Click here for help retrieving SVG content purchased from the Silhouette Design Store.

If you are still unable to locate your library content that you obtained from the Silhouette Design Store or the "free with machine" designs, proceed to recover your missing content according to the information found in the sections below.
