Curio Syncing


Cause

This machine status is likely due to a failure to properly load the Curio base. 

Resolution

Please follow the steps below to resolve this concern:

Close the Silhouette Studio® software Power off the Silhouette Curio™ Insert the base into the front of the Curio Push the base inward until the leading edge of the base extends out the back of the Curio Power on the Curio Re-open the Silhouette Studio® software

If the base has been properly loaded, both indicator lights on the right side of the machine should be steadily illuminated. If one of the indicator lights continues to blink, please reattempt to properly load the Silhouette Curio™ base.
