Silhouette America® Return Policy

Silhouette America is only able to provide refunds for unopened/unused products sold directly through our website within 30 days of purchase. We do not otherwise offer refunds or returns on product. Returns must be authorized by contacting support@silhouetteamerica.com

Unauthorized returns not accompanied by a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.


If product was purchased through one of our Authorized Distributors, and Silhouette America is not the original point of purchase, you will need to inquire with the retailer in question for details on their specific return policy for the purpose of a refund, credit, or exchange. We are unable to provide monetary credits or exchanges for products purchased through Authorized Retailers.

Regardless of where your Silhouette product may have been purchased, we are always happy to provide support, including providing troubleshooting for proper product use, or providing options to repair, replace, or exchange faulty products that are under warranty.
