Order processing and fulfillment time is generally 2 - 4 business days from the time of order placement. The actual shipping time thereafter would be based on your location and may range from 2 - 6 business days. During sales and promotional periods, order processing and fulfillment times may be increased.

Silhouette America cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Actual ship times are dependent upon your location and the delivery service of the shipping carrier being used.

You will receive an automated email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

You may also click here to sign into your account and view your recent orders. Tracking information will be present if your order has been shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and based on the total weight of products being purchased as well as your zip or postal code. When placing the order, our system locates and provides the lowest possible rate. 

Once you have all desired items in your cart, you can get an estimated shipping cost prior to check-out. You will need to provide the full shipping address before the actual shipping rate can be provided during the final check out process.

Please note that the following factors may affect shipping rates:

  • Your address is outside of the contiguous United States (i.e. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rica, Canada, etc.). Shipping rates for such areas are unfortunately higher. 
  • Your address as entered onto your Silhouette account is not formatted in a way that is recognized by the USPS system. If it is not recognized by the USPS sytem, your shipping quote would be from an alternate carrier (i.e. UPS or FedEx) which is generally at a higher rate.

If you are located within the contiguous United States and believe your shipping rates may be calculated at a higher rate, you may click here and enter your address. The USPS website will then provide you with a version of your address that is formatted for the USPS system. You may update your address on your Silhouette account to match this, and then attempt to place your order anew so that your address is recognized by the USPS system, and the best rate can be provided.
