Flaw in Silhouette Design Store image

An image offered on the Silhouette Design Store is found to have a design flaw.

If you have discovered a flaw in a design offered on the Silhouette Design Store, please relay the image ID to support@silhouetteamerica.com.

Once you have received notification of correction, please do the following to recover a corrected version of the image or images:

  1. Open the Silhouette Studio® program
  2. Open the Library
  3. Locate the image(s) in question
  4. Right-click on the image(s) in question and delete them (one at a time if there are multiple images in question)
  5. Empty the Library's Recycle Bin by right-clicking on the Recycle Bin and opting to empty it
  6. Go to the Silhouette Design Store
  7. Go to the My Account link
  8. Go to My Download History
  9. Click on the order number which contains the image(s)
  10. Click on the image
  11. Select Download
  12. Enter your account password and click on the Submit button
