Silhouette America has a membership program called Club Silhouette (https://www.silhouetteamerica.com/club-silhouette) offered at $99.99/year OR $9.99/month (charged via credit card on account). This program offers the following benefits:

  • 10% off most items (Excludes cutting machines and some virtual products, such as download cards)
  • Free shipping on all orders over $50.00
  • 10 exclusive digital designs each month 
    • Issued on the 15th of every month
  • Free blade (or Mint Stamp Kit) and mat (or Mint Stamp Sheet) right to your door 3 times per year
    • First shipment created after the free-trial period
  • 5 GB of user-design storage on the Silhouette Cloud
  • Free Silhouette Handbook
    • Automatically issued after the free trial period

Changing Settings

Club Silhouette has preferences available to choose what type of blade and cutting mat you would like sent to your address on file. In order to locate and change these preferences, you may do the following:

  1. Sign into your Silhouette America account using your account email and password
  2. Click on My Account
  3. Locate Manage Settings under the title “Club Silhouette”
  4. Select the desired cutting mat and blade under Desired Free Refill Items
  5. Confirm that the blade and cutting mat correlates with the machine type owned
    • AutoBlade can only be used for the Silhouette CAMEO® 3
    • Blade (Ratchet Blade) and Fabric Blade are compatible with all cutting machines currently sold by Silhouette America
    • Cutting mats will be listed with machine type first then followed by info/description
  6. When the desired items have been selected, press Update Settings to save changes
Updating Shipping or Billing Information

The Club Silhouette preferences will also provide the payment/shipment history for the subscription. If desired, changes can also be made to the shipping address and credit card tied to the subscription/account.

To change the shipping address, please do the following:

  1. Click on Add New under the address that appears to the right of “Shipping Address”
    • Add needed information and click on Save once done
  2. Click on the drop down next to “Shipping Address” and select the newly added address to set it as default
  3. Click on Update Settings to save changes

To change the credit card on file, please do the following:

  1. Click on Add New under the current card displayed to the right of “Billing Information”
    • Add needed information (including billing address) and click on Save once done
  2. Click on the drop down next to “Billing Information” and select the newly added credit card to set it as default
  3. Click on Update Settings to save changes
Free Club Designs

The 10 images offered on the Silhouette Design Store as part of the Club Silhouette membership are exclusive and free for club members. A one-time use code will be provided on the 15th of each month via email, as well as by notification on your Silhouette Design Store account.

Once received, you may follow these steps to redeem the code: 

  1. Access the Silhouette Design Store, through the Silhouette Studio software, by selecting File > Silhouette Design Store
  2. Hold the mouse over your name in the top-right corner, and select My Account
  3. Scroll down on the resulting page and select Redeem a Promotional Download Code
  4. Input your code in the space provided

Once redeemed, your designs should show in your library. If you do not see your designs there, please follow the steps listed here, https://www.silhouetteamerica.com/faq/solution/recovering-download-content

How to Redeem Club Points

To view and redeem your Club Points, you may do the following:

  • Go to www.silhouetteamerica.com and sign in
  • Go to My Account
  • Under Club SilhouetteClub Silhouette Points, click on Redeem as Gift Card Code.
  • A code will generate on the screen that can be used on a future purchase. This code will also be sent to your email.

How to Cancel

To cancel a Club Silhouette membership, you may do the following:

  1. Go to https://www.silhouetteamerica.com/
  2. Sign into your account
  3. Go to My Account 
    • Upper right-hand side of the website menu
  4. Go to Manage Settings 
  5. Select to end the Club Silhouette service
