An error message is encountered when trying to access the Silhouette Design Store through the software indicating the need to update the software due to a security update, even though an update may have already been attempted.
One of the following concerns is being encounterd:
a) an update has been saved and not actually run
b) an update has been performed but the web browser's security protocol settings need to be adjusted
