Can I use my user-created images from ROBO Master in Silhouette Studio?
Do I need to install a driver to use the Silhouette Studio software program?
The Silhouette Studio
software program does not require the use of a driver. If upon hooking up and powering on your Silhouette you receive a New Hardware Wizard and your computer cannot find a driver, you may safely chose to ignore the wizard and continue to use the software without concern. Once you have the Silhouette Studio program installed, you may simply go to File
> Send to Silhouette
and have your job sent to the Silhouette to be cut.
If you strongly desire to obtain a driver for the Silhouette even though it is not needed for proper operation with our software program, you may click here
to download a set of drivers for the Silhouette. NOTE: These are offered as a courtesy only. They are not otherwise supported as the proper operation of the Silhouette with our officially supported software does not require a driver to be installed.
